How long will my furniture take to make?
It usually takes between 4 to 5 weeks to complete from the time you order your furniture.

Is fitting included in the price?
Yes. Fitting is included in your quotation unless you have asked for a supply only order.

I have an odd-shaped room – can you help?
Absolutely. Our craftsmen have years of experience in developing unique designs to suit individual lifestyles and because our cabinets are bespoke; any size can be catered for.

What if I damage one of the doors on my kitchen – can you make replacements?
We stand by all of our furniture and installations. Our furniture is built to last and we are confident there won’t be any problems. However, we are here to help. If you damage any of the furniture we will work our hardest to sort out a replacement.

Do I have to pay upfront?
Yes, we will require a deposit at the time you place your order. If we are installing your furniture we will require a further payment on delivery, leaving a small balance due at the completion of the work. For supply only orders the full balance will be required upon delivery.

Could you help me to create a home study?

In addition to bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchens we can help with any other room in your house or office to create the space you need.

Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes. We provide a guarantee of 5 years on our cabinets, 2 years on our wooden doors and 1 year on our vinyl doors. The manufacturer's guarantee applies to any other items not listed.

What if I change my mind during the project?

Once you have approved the design you need to consider all the options including door style, colour, finish and handles etc. All your choices will be noted on your order form and will then be detailed on an order confirmation. As all our furniture is made especially for you, once it is on production you will be unable to change your mind.

I am changing the layout of my home and would like to add units to ones I already have, can you match these? Having an extension?
Yes, additional units can be added to your existing kitchen. If your furniture is in a natural wood condition you may find a slight variation in the shade against your existing units. But because wood is an organic substance, you should see the different cabinets begin to match in colour over time.

Do you have a showroom?

Yes. We are situated at 53, Market Place, South Cave, Brough, East Yorkshire, HU15 2AS.
